If you have a dry skin, you must use oily lotions that moisturize your skin and help it be healthy again.

Also you must be sure that your hair styling sprays and gels do not touch your face, because they may contain oils that can make your acne get worse.

Also if you suffer from back, chest or shoulders acne you must wear cotton garments and avoid wearing tight clothes, because they may irritate the skin.

Sometimes preventing acne means healing it, because by preventing acne you eliminate some factors that cause acne.
