Acne Cure: Lemon or Lime?

1-wash face with acne cream, then with lime or lemon juice(I have lime juice at the moment)

2-putting egg whites on for 10-15 minuets putting a mix of mix 3 tablespoons of honey with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon on as a spot treatment, and washing off in the morning in the morning, rubbing fresh garlic on pimples using cleanser again putting ice on pimples that do not have a head yet Washing and dabbing acne with cotton balls that have been soaked in vinegar in morning or night using a face mask made of oats and water using sugar to scrub face when I wash my face, at least once a day using a baking soda-water mix to rub into face gently for 10-15 seconds then removing and patting dry with a clean cloth-giving myself a weekly facial by mixing a yolk of an egg with two tablespoons of milk and half a tablespoon of honey.

3- Apply this on your face and leave it on for about fifteen minutes. Then wash with lukewarm water. If you’re out in the sun a lot, milk mixed with melted butter helps soften the dry skin.and using lemon juice(when we get some) to reduce freckles.I only want to know if using this many things(and I wouldn’t do all of them, I just haven’t decided which to use yet) will be harmful to my skin, or will back fire. Thx and heard that toothpaste helps, if left on a pimple over night?

Acne Removal Treatments and Remedies

Acne Removal Treatments and Remedies

Everywhere you look you can find “wonder” treatments for acne that are touted to provide instantaneous relief. Just about everyone you know has some kind of magical remedy or secret advice for acne removal and acne skin care.

Pimples are very common to most teens as this is part of growing up. However, if they are not properly guided as to how to treat pimples and care for their face, they may end up having acne breakouts. And this does not only happen to teens. Acne problems can definitely occur to adults as well.

Acne comes out when bacteria and oil are trapped underneath the surface of the skin. This happens when the face is not thoroughly cleaned regularly, especially if it has been exposed to dust and dirt for a long period of time. Acne breakouts may also be considered “inherited” – it may be genetic and the issue runs in the family due to the skin type.

Many people who suffer from acne choose go for some sort of medical treatments, such as pills, creams, and even cosmetic surgeries.

They either don’t realize or don’t care that they are only getting a temporary solution – by treating the symptom, rather than the cause of the problem.

If you are looking for a permanent removal, you should not rely entirely on over the counter treatments or prescription drugs. All types of acne, no matter how severe, can be relieved by using natural methods. It will take more time and require more self-discipline, but it will be permanent and beneficial for your overall health and well being.

Common treatments for acne focus on proper self care: proper cleansing to keep the skin oil-free; eating a well-balanced diet high in fiber, zinc, and raw fruits and vegetables; and avoiding substances that are not good for you, such as processed foods, fatty foods, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, dairy, cigarettes, and salt.

Regardless of the reason of having acne breakouts, it is best to always ensure that we clean our face regularly. Washing the face at least twice daily with clean water and mild soap is recommended. Be gentle in using facial scrub as it may cause the skin to be too dry which is also not a good skin condition. Try to avoid those scented soaps or facial wash as they may contain chemicals that will just harm the skin more.

Whenever there are pimples or acne visible on the face, avoid pricking them especially with your bare fingers. The dirt on the fingernails may just cause more infection causing the pimple to swell more. Also, avoid touching the face every so often as the action may cause the bacteria and oil to spread all over the face allowing the possibility of having more pimples and acne.

Treating acne may take a while. But as long as the treatment is done correctly and regularly, those hard-to-deal-with facial problems will definitely be taken cared of.

It is undoubtedly effective for its ability to flush toxins from the body and it contains several chemical acids that may help to remove excessive oils from  the body, and it is possible these are the reasons why it can work.

Another Great Acne Treatment Product

Another Great Acne Treatment Product

Over time, LED light therapy to treat acne has become more effective as manufactures hone in on the science of it all.  In fact, the right type of light therapy is considered as an additional tool for the acne treatment arsenal.

Just like any system regimen, all LED Light Therapy is not the same.

Since people want convenience, finding the right at-home device is important.  Be on the lookout for a product that is FDA cleared, has a solid clinical trial to back up any claims and is recommended by skin care professionals.  When combined with other skin care systems, a great LED Light Therapy is really effective in acne treatments; it brings it to a whole new level.

Generally, treatment is twice a day for five minutes each time.

It should both heal and prevent acne. Find the combination of blue, red, and infrared wavelengths because it offers the best success rates.

Several benefits for a LED Light Therapy device include:

Calm redness and inflammation brought on by acne
Clinically demonstrated to destroy acne bacteria named, propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes)
Decreases pore size
Helps heal acne scars
Recommended by health care professionals
Treats blackheads

The system is also working for those with really sensitive skin.

Without getting too technical, here’s how the different lights work to clear up blemishes.

Blue Light Therapy: as the sebaceous glands get hit with the blue light, it stirs up porphyrins, the microscopic compounds nestled within acne bacteria. Porphyrins destroy bacteria.

Red Light Therapy: lessens acne inflammation, irritation and promotes healing.

Infrared Light Therapy: this emits light energy deeply into the skin.  Once it meets P. acnes, it’s soaked up by the porphyin molecule and bacteria dissolves.

As mentioned earlier, LED Light Therapy should be used as an adjunct to current acne treatments for the best results.

Locate a great skin cleansing system and find one that will keep the skin hydrated and supple.  Be on the lookout for some of these ingredients like:

Deep pore cleansing for bacteria removal
A topical that offers a UV defense
A mask that absorbs excess oil and clears acne
A nighttime topical that fights acne and unclogs pores

Other top acne treatments may also include:

Benzoyl peroxide
Dapsone
Lactic acid
Resorcinol
Salicylic acid
Sulfur
Zinc sulfate
And derivatives of vitamin A like tretinoin,  adapalene, and tazarotene

Knowing that acne strikes teenagers and adults, this therapy has really arrived on the market at a perfect time. And again, use it as an additional tool to whatever anti-acne routine is in place right now.
