  1. First drink alot of water to detox your body.I have sensitive skin and use to have rlealy bad scars.I exfoliate with a cloth, you don’t need to go hard, its safe to use everyday. It slowly remove the top layer of your skin, which is your old dead skin and gradually will remove the scars. Or exfoliating cream is ok, but I prefer the cloth.Plus remember to use sunscreen so it won’t darken the scars.I did microdermabrasion and that works with getting rid of scars too, you can do it every 1 month and after the scars are gone you can stop.
